XTRAMIX CONCRETE SOLUTIONS has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System in order to document the Company’s best practices, QMS, EMS and OH&S Standard’s related requirements and expectations of its Customers as well as Interested Parties and improve the overall Management of the Company.


Integrated Management System of XTRAMIX CONCRETE SOLUTIONS meets the Requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. These Systems address the overall activities related to the Company:


  • The ISO 9001:2015 standard is the foundation for   Xtramix Quality Management System.
  • The ISO 14001:2015 standard is the foundation for Xtramix Environment Management System.
  • The ISO 45001:2018 standard is the basis for Xtramix Occupational Health & Safety


The Integrated Management System of XTRAMIX CONCRETE SOLUTIONS delineates authorities; inter relationships and responsibilities of the personnel responsible for performing them within the System. This provides Procedures references for all activities comprising the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance to the necessary requirements of the Standards.


The Company IMS Manual is used internally to guide the Company’s employees through the various requirements of the Standards that must be met and maintained in order to ensure compliance to QMS, EMS and OH&S Standards, Customer’s requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and continual improvement and provide the necessary instructions that create an empowered workforce.

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

The QHSE Policy Statement and supporting Objectives, Targets and Programs are the basis for the IMS Management System. Their very nature guides XTRAMIX CONCRETE SOLUTIONS to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the IMS Management System.

This QHSE Policy Statement is communicated, posted and understood throughout XTRAMIX CONCRETE SOLUTIONS to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization. The QHSE Policy is communicated through displays at various functional/working places, through trainings and through meetings.

The Policy is consistent with professional products, design and maintenance standards, government rules and regulations. Top Management ensures that the QHSE Policy is communicated and understood, implemented, and maintained by the Organization.

HSE Objectives:

  • Maintain zero fatal accidents and zero permanent/partial
  • No harm to employees, suppliers and the community.
  • Encourage all employees and suppliers to be fit and healthy in order to zero out medical problems, even minor
  • Improve outdoor ambient air quality by reducing dust and vehicle/machinery emission
  • Recycle / Re-use
  • Prevent pollution, reduce  waste  and  minimize  the  consumption  of  resources  at  a sustainable manner.
  • Prevent major spills to avoid soil
  • Reduce the frequency and severity for all significant risks identified in the risk
  • Prevent damage to  3rd  parties  and  extend  mutual  aid  and  cooperation  during emergency
  • Improve HSE awareness  through  campaigns,  guidance,  instructions,  information,  and training programs among employees and interested parties.
  • Consultations with employees at all levels and make them aware of their responsibilities toward HSE.
  • Promote continual HSE improvement through regular audits, inspections and reviews to ensure systems are established, implemented, maintained and complying to all applicable legal and other requirements.
